Mossbrook's Warranty

Installation Warranty

Mossbrook Landscaping warrants plants to be true to name and in healthy growing condition when installed. It is then the responsibility of the owner to supply them with sufficient water and fertilizer during their growing season (May through October) to keep them healthy.

Newly installed landscape plants may suffer from transplant shock, particularly during the hot summer months. It is imperative that plants receive proper care, so as to minimize stress. Trees and shrubs are warranted for one (1) year from date of installation, and will be replaced oncewithin the warranty period. Perennials are guaranteed for (3) months from the date of installation, and will be replaced once within the warranty period. Annuals, bulbs, transplanted material and sod are NOT warranted. Mossbrook Landscaping will make warranty replacements during the optimum planting seasons: spring and fall. Typically replacements will take place between June 1st though June 30thand September 1st through October 12th. These time frames are subject to change only at the discretion of Mossbrook Landscaping.

Mossbrook Landscaping assumes no liability for replacement of plants killed or damaged by pests, domestic pets, insect infestation, neglect to water, abnormal weather conditions (ie – winter burn, winter kill, flooding, acts of Mother Nature) or other conditions beyond our control, nor will we replace plants experiencing seasonal die back, when pruning and proper care will restore them to health. Moving landscape plants from original location will void the warranty.

Mossbrook Landscaping cannot warrant against weed growth in mulch, stone or topsoil beds.

Sod lawns are NOT warranted. Seeded lawns are NOT guaranteed to germinate and grow. Mossbrook cannot warrant against weed growth in seeded or sod lawns. If lawn area needs to be tended to as a result of weed growth, wash out erosion, acts of Mother Nature, non-germination, Mossbrook Landscaping will charge on a time and materials cost basis.

Hardscape Installation Warranty
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty. From the date of installation, Mossbrook Landscaping guarantees your installation from settlement of pavers and walls for a three (3) year period, under normal wear for which the product was intended.

Contingency

This warranty is contingent on all invoices being paid in agreement with the terms of the original contract unless otherwise documented and noted by both client and Mossbrook Landscaping.
